If caller ID is not displayed on WiMATE smartband:
- turn off the WiMATE: swipe the screen up and down to parameters icon :
- tap on the screen to Off icon ,
- turn off the WiMATE by pressing Off icon for a few seconds (the screen vibrates once),
- turn on the WiMATE by touching the screen for a few seconds until feeling 3 vibrations,
- start over the pairing from the smartphone with WiMATE app .
Note
Apps notifications must be enabled (Contacts, SMS, Calls) in WiMATE App .
Keep WiMATE application running in background.
